Behind CoEvo

Hi, I’m Nicole, creator of CoEvo.

For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of business operations and technology, managing internal systems for organizations ranging from investment firms and fintech startups to global companies like Coinbase. My career has been rooted in CRMs and the tools that connect to them, from IVRs and knowledge databases to document management and cloud platforms like AWS.

I have directed automation strategies and enterprise tooling through periods of hyper-growth, international expansion, and IPO readiness. My work has helped reduce client onboarding from months to days, eliminated hundreds of manual processes, and built foundations for scalable global operations. I have also formed and led technical teams across multiple countries and functions, with a focus on performance, collaboration, and sustainability.

What sets me apart is my ability to see how humans, process, and technology best function together. I approach challenges with systems thinking, turning operational inefficiencies into solutions that are practical, adoptable and yield significant impact. Sometimes that means re-architecting technology, sometimes refining a process, often both.

I focus on strengthening both the strategic and technical sides of my work. At MIT, I explored how to design AI strategies and the cultural foundations that make adoption successful. I’ve also specialized in developing single and multi-agent AI systems, gaining practical skills to build intelligent workflows that organizations can put to work right away.

I created CoEvo because I believe we are transitioning into a reality of co-evolution with intelligent technology. Humans and intelligent systems can work in partnership, shaping one another and creating more possibility, as long as the dance between them is thoughtfully designed.

My purpose is to use my expertise to architect solutions that clear roadblocks, unlock efficiency, and give leaders clarity and confidence to grow.
